Optimize Partners provides full-time direct hire and temporary job placements for technology driven companies. Our client, a fast growing Women's intimate apparel brand, that is redefining style, fit and comfort in women's underwear, is looking for a Lead Social Media Manager to join their marketing team.  The Lead Social Media will serve as the lead strategist, managing and optimizing social media campaigns to maximize conversion. This position can be based in Miami, FL or remote (preferably US East Coast). 


This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, and will report directly into the VP of Brand, and work closely with other members of the creative team. Responsibilities of the Lead Social Media Manager:

  • Establish a social media conversion strategy that supports the company's sales targets and maximizes key moments (e.g. apparel product launches, promos, holiday sales, campaigns). 
  • Manage social media channels and campaigns (e.g. Instagram and TikTok), including ideating posts, scheduling posts, and engage with audiences
  • Create, edit and source content for creative posts, stories and reels that are captivating and on-brand
  • Collaborate with internal members of the marketing team, including brand ambassadors and influencers for creating on-brand content
  • Create social media engagement plans , and track, analyze and report KPIs
  • Grow the brand through constant evolution of views, impressions and engagement


Qualifications of the  Lead Social Media Manager:

  • 3- 5 years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing across various social media channels
  • 3-5 years of experience creating and managing social media campaigns, preferably for fashion, beauty or women's sports products
  • Strong analytical skills in understanding campaign KPIs and assessing ROI for impact of efforts
  • Prior experience with marketing to a female audience is preferred
  • Experience creating on-brand digital content
